Consultation Appointments
- Approximately 45 minutes to an hour. We like to spend as much time as you need for you to tell us what you are looking for and we can provide you with ideas and solutions.
- We need to meet with you to get an idea of what you need exactly. We have many options for our customers. It depends on what type of windows or doors you are looking for, how many you will need and what your price points are. We have solutions for every budget. Once we meet with you and see your home we can determine together the exact product you need and a price point you are comfortable with.
- We typically ask all homeowners to be present so we can explain how the changes impact the house, the options available, answer any questions, and give you an accurate estimate based on your selections. We have many options available, and specific selections in product and style can impact pricing. So anyone impacted by this decision should attend.
- Yes, our demo is free and after a demonstration of our products, we provide a free project estimate based on your selections.

- Yes, of course. Each manufacturer we use of course has their own energy-efficient process but feel assured they are all proficiently equipped. Today’s windows and doors are more energy efficient than ever due to modern technology in manufacturing.
- Most manufacturers offer product solutions that offer sound reduction glass which greatly reduces outside sound.
- We are an exclusive representative for Pella and MI windows. We also offer Jeldwen and ProVia brands.

Payment
- We accept checks, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
- Half is due at time of project start, and the remainder once we are finished.
- We offer financing through GreenSky at as little as 6 and up to 48 months financing. Also, we have partnered with Alabama Power to offer an additional financing option.
- Once we come out for a consultation and find out what you are looking for, you can share with us your budget. We can then decide what manufacturer and window or door solution will work best for you.
Installation
- Based on when your windows or doors are scheduled to be delivered, we will set a date to come out and do the install. How long the install takes will depend on the type of job you need to have done.
- Our guys are wonderful and constantly being complimented regarding how proficient, polite and clean they are. (Just look up our reviews on Google.)
- They will move whatever they need to, move it back and then make sure they clean up behind themselves.
- No you don’t have to be home, we just ask that someone over the age of 18 let us into the home. Our guys are wonderful and trustworthy. You can trust your home to us with no worries.
